By accessing and using OnlyVIP ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. OnlyVIP PH, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
OnlyVIP is a subscription-based platform that enables creators to share exclusive content with their subscribers. Users ("Subscribers") may purchase access to creator content through our subscription plans. All content, pricing, and availability are subject to creator discretion.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use OnlyVIP. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You also confirm that you are not using the Platform for any illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws in the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of your account and must notify us immediately of any suspicious activity at support@onlymyvip.com.
5.1 Payment Terms: Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. Prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or as specified by the creator. You authorize OnlyVIP and our payment providers to charge your payment method for the subscription amount.
5.2 Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew on the date specified in your subscription details unless you cancel before the renewal date. You acknowledge and agree to this automatic renewal arrangement.
5.3 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and local payment providers. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processors, and your payment information is subject to their privacy and security practices.
5.4 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your account again. Repeated failed payments may result in subscription suspension or cancellation.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of OnlyVIP or our content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Creators retain ownership of their content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without proper authorization.

OnlyVIP reserves the right to remove, suspend, or restrict access to content or accounts that violate these Terms of Service or applicable laws. We may, at our discretion, investigate reported violations and take appropriate action without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, OnlyVIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any content accessed through it. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. OnlyVIP does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnlyVIP, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if not possible, shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
