Refund Policy

OnlyVIP is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility

Subscriptions to creator content are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for a single subscription in error, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charges.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If your account was used without authorization and a charge was made fraudulently, you may request a refund.
  • Technical Issues: If a technical malfunction prevented you from accessing content you paid for, and the issue could not be resolved, you may be eligible for a refund or credit.
  • Content Removal: If all content from a creator you subscribed to has been removed and no replacement content has been provided within 30 days, you may request a refund for that month.
  • Service Disruption: If the Platform experiences extended downtime (24+ hours) that prevents access to paid content, a credit may be issued proportional to the downtime.

2. Refund Ineligibility

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality or quantity of creator content
  • Subscription cancellation after content access has been granted
  • Personal circumstances unrelated to OnlyVIP's operations
  • Chargebacks filed with payment providers (see section 5)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your OnlyVIP account username or email
  • Transaction date and amount
  • Creator name or subscription details
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting documentation or evidence (e.g., screenshots, proof of duplicate charges)

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this period may be denied at our discretion.

4. Refund Processing

OnlyVIP will review all refund requests and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that refunds will appear as credits on your account with the payment provider and may take additional time to reflect in your bank or credit card statement. If you do not see the refund within 15 business days, please contact your financial institution.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback with your payment provider will result in immediate account suspension. If you dispute a transaction through your bank or payment processor rather than contacting OnlyVIP support first, we will:

  • Suspend your account pending resolution
  • Revoke all subscription access
  • Reserve the right to permanently ban your account

Please contact us directly at support@onlyvip.ph before disputing any charge. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.

6. Partial Refunds

For subscriptions that span multiple billing periods, OnlyVIP may issue a partial refund if the refund reason applies to only part of the subscription period. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the days remaining in the billing cycle.

7. Policy Changes

OnlyVIP reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of OnlyVIP constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
