Cancellation Policy

At OnlyVIP, you have the right to cancel your subscriptions at any time. This policy outlines how to cancel, what happens when you cancel, and important information about your subscription and billing.

1. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Canceling your subscription is quick and easy. You can cancel directly through your account:

  1. Log in to your OnlyVIP account
  2. Navigate to "Subscriptions" or "My Subscriptions"
  3. Select the creator subscription you wish to cancel
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Confirm the cancellation

You will receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your account. If you experience any difficulty canceling through the Platform, contact support at support@onlyvip.ph.

2. Effective Date of Cancellation

When you cancel a subscription:

  • Billing stops immediately: Recurring charges end as soon as you cancel
  • Content access: You keep access through the end of your current billing period (the time already paid for)
  • No future charges: You will not be charged for renewal periods after your current period ends
  • Access ends: Exclusive content locks when your current paid period expires

3. What Happens After Cancellation

Once your subscription period expires:

  • You will no longer have access to the creator's exclusive content
  • Your subscription history will remain visible in your account
  • You can resubscribe to the same creator at any time
  • Any saved or downloaded content (if permitted by the creator) remains yours to keep

4. Billing Cycle and Refunds

Please note the following regarding billing and cancellations:

  • No Refunds for Partial Periods: Cancellations are non-refundable. Once you have paid for a subscription period, you will retain access through the end of that period regardless of when you cancel.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: If your subscription is billed monthly, cancellation prevents charges for the next month
  • Current Period Access: You remain entitled to access content for the remainder of your current billing period
  • Refund Exceptions: See our Refund Policy for cases where refunds may be issued

5. Account Deactivation

Canceling individual subscriptions does not deactivate your OnlyVIP account. Your account will remain active unless you delete it. To close your entire account, contact support at support@onlyvip.ph.

6. Automatic Renewal and Recurring Billing

By subscribing to a creator on OnlyVIP, you authorize:

  • Automatic renewal of your subscription on the same date each month (or as specified)
  • Ongoing billing to your selected payment method unless you cancel
  • Automatic charges without additional confirmation or reminder

To stop automatic recurring billing, you must cancel your subscription before your billing date. We will send a reminder email before each renewal, but it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.

7. Resubscription

You may resubscribe to a creator whose subscription you previously canceled at any time. There is no penalty for canceling and resubscribing. Pricing may change, so please review current pricing before resubscribing.

8. Creator Account Termination

If a creator account is terminated or suspended due to violation of OnlyVIP's policies:

  • All active subscriptions to that creator will be automatically canceled
  • Subscribers may be entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of their subscription, at OnlyVIP's discretion
  • Subscribers will be notified of the account termination and any applicable refunds

9. Platform Discontinuation

If OnlyVIP discontinues service or is shut down:

  • We will notify all subscribers with at least 30 days' notice
  • Subscribers will be offered a pro-rata refund for unused subscription periods
  • We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative access to purchased content where possible

10. Policy Changes

OnlyVIP reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. For existing subscribers, material changes may provide a grace period. Your continued use of OnlyVIP constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Do not file a chargeback with your payment provider before contacting us. Chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

This policy is subject to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and is supplementary to OnlyVIP's Terms of Service. In case of conflict between this policy and local law, local law shall prevail.
